Book Your AGA Service

To book your AGA Service please complete the form below and include two preferred dates for you service. Once your visit has been scheduled, we will send you a confirmation by email detailing you booking. We choosing your preferred dates please be advised we require 2 weeks notice for bookings.

If however you requirement for an engineer's visit is of a more urgent nature, please contact our servicing department on 01883 713378 during office hours. We cannot guarantee we will be able to schedule your AGA service on the preferred dates you requested, but we will be in contact with alternative dates to suit you.

Required AGA Customer Infomation
*If you are not an existing Blades AGA Servicing Customer, a member of staff will be in contact for additional information once your form has been submitted before we can processed will the booking.
Please inform us of any additional information our engineer might require to guarantee they can carry out your AGA appointment fully.

Please note: In rare instances your two requested dates may have already been allocated. On these occasions a member of our service team will be in contact with you to make alternative arrangements.

Cookerware Ordering: If you would like to pre-order any of the products shown on our Cookware page to deliver at the time of your service, please enter the relevant details within the Additional Information section and our Showroom Manager will be in contact to arrange the order.

New To Blades: If you are not an existing Blades customer, we will require additional information including images of the AGA which will be requested by our servicing department once you have submitted your form. We will be requiring an image of the AGA with all the cookers door open including the door concealing the AGA controls, as well as an image of the flue if applicable.
