Rayburn: Better Than You Ever Imagined
Throughout history Rayburn has been inseparable from life in the country.
When shire horses ploughed the fields and generations worked the land - a
Rayburn range cooker, with its gentle background heat, was always at the centre
of family life, turning houses into homes. Today, Rayburn is just as popular as
it’s always been. Smooth lines, attractive colours and solid reliability have
created a design classic that blends in perfectly with the latest kitchens and
contemporary modern styles.
So whether you’re looking to recreate the traditional feel of life in the
country, design an exciting modern kitchen with an ‘urban look” or simply enjoy
the pleasures of authentic range cooking with the convenience of combined hot
water and /or central heating - you’re sure to be at home with a
Rayburn.
The Cookmaster Range of Cookers
The Rayburn Cookmaster is an authentic cast iron range cooker
benefiting from indirect heat technology. This is called ‘radiant heat’,
‘kind-to-food’ heat, because rather than allowing food to dry out, it seals in
the flavours and natural juices, creating healthier, more delicious dishes. So,
whether you’re fearlessly creative in the kitchen and like to act-on-impulse or
prefer to follow your recipes to the letter, with a Rayburn range cooker you’ll
find it easier to get perfect results time after time. The Cookmaster’s strength
is its versatility.

The Rayburn 800 Series
|
The Rayburn 800 series offers everything one would expect from
a Central Heating Rayburn, only on a larger scale. The 800 Series is designed
with the same solid reliability that sets Rayburn apart.
The two cast-iron ovens in the 800 Series are the largest of
any Rayburn to date and take just 30 minutes to heat up from cold. The kidney
shaped hotplate, insulated with attractive stainless steel domed lids, operates
on the principle of graduated heat so there’s a space for every kind of cooking.
With the 800 Series, hotplate cooking leaves the oven temperature constant as
there’s no associated heat loss, which is a benefit when cooking for large
numbers.
As well as looking great and performing brilliantly, cookers in
the Rayburn 800 Series are able to provide all the heating and hot water a busy
household needs. The boiler and cooker can run independently and are controlled
by a timer.
Available in Oil and with outputs ranging from 80,000 to
150,000BTU’s the 800 Series works well in larger properties where 15 to 20 plus
radiators are required.
